Miroslav Plašćar is a Senior Partner and is head of the real estate and litigation team but is also known for his corporate work as well. Miroslav specializes in domestic litigation cases, where he acts as an advisor for numerous clients in high profile cases. In a landmark case, Miroslav acted as lead partner on the team that represented 3 out of 8 of the largest banks in Croatia, in one of the most important civil dispute proceedings in the history of the Croatian judiciary. Besides his continuous involvement in project work he regularly represents clients in commercial and property disputes.

Miroslav is also particularly focused on property and project finance projects. He is currently advising on two high-profile property projects on the Croatian coast. Besides high-profile cases, Miroslav regularly advises numerous domestic and international clients regarding their real estate projects.

In addition to real estate and litigation practice, Miroslav advises major international investors in relation to their Croatian market entry through high-profile M&A transactions. Recently he acted as the advisor of OTP banka d.d. in its merger with a daughter company.
