As a legal consultant, he has been closely involved in some of the first and largest mergers and acquisitions and privatisation projects in Serbia.

He has significant experience in advising international and local clients on large-scale M&A transactions and joint ventures, and he worked on some of the largest investment projects in both Serbia and the region. His experience covers a wide range of industry sectors including aviation, banking & finance, IT, media & telecoms, mining, NPLs, pharma, real estate & construction, retail, gambling and transportation.
