Co-head of Energy & Natural Resources and co-head of Dispute Resolution in Sofia.

Mladen advises on the legal aspects of the development of complex projects, with a focus on energy and infrastructure, spatial planning development and construction, real estate investments, corporate and cross-border commercial mattes.

He specialises on national and European energy regulatory issues, energy policy and compliance matters.

Mladen also represents companies in litigation proceedings (commercial, civil and administrative) and in national and international arbitration.
