Michelle is a nationally recognised expert in the residential development sector.

Michelle specialises in all areas of development with her main focus being on regeneration schemes, joint ventures, land acquisition, land disposals and all ancillary work relating to development. Michelle acts mainly for house builders and registered providers and has worked in the sector for over 20 years. Michelle's clients include BDW, Vistry, Taylor Wimpey and Sovereign Housing Association. Michelle is head of the Projects, Finance and Real Estate team at Osborne Clarke and sits on the Executive Board.
