Michael C. Zogby is a trial attorney who litigates and manages risks related to aggregated proceedings, product liability risks, and mass tort claims. Mike is an advocate for clients in the life sciences and other highly regulated industries, and he counsels clients in commercial and consumer disputes, class actions, intellectual property, antitrust challenges, eDiscovery and cross-border issues, and trade secret violations.
Career
Mike serves as partner-in-charge of Barnes & Thornburg’s New Jersey and Philadelphia offices and is Co-Chair of the firm’s Trials & Global Disputes practice group. He is also Co-Chair of the BTMENA talent resource group, which provides mentoring, learning and development opportunities for the firm’s Middle Eastern and North African attorneys, staff and allies. Mike’s trial and crisis management practice includes the defense of global clients in highly regulated industries in complex litigation, mass tort, intellectual property, data privacy, environmental and toxic tort, and product liability actions filed by consumer and government parties, as well as cross-border challenges in Asia and Europe. He is on the board of directors of the Product Liability Advisory Council, a Trustee of the Trial Attorneys of America and the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, and he serves on the faculty of the National Trial Advocacy College of the University of Virginia School of Law.
