Mike Raiff has a wide range of litigation experience and has tried numerous cases (jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations). In addition to his trial and arbitration practice, he has argued numerous cases before appellate courts, including Texas appellate courts and several United States Circuit courts. He represents clients in various business disputes, including securities cases, shareholder derivative actions, class actions, contract disputes, merger and acquisition disputes, antitrust claims, environmental disputes, infrastructure and construction disputes, and partnership disputes. He spends a substantial amount of his time handling energy-related disputes, and he is serving as lead counsel for Vistra Corp., Luminant Energy, TXU Energy, and Dynegy Inc. in numerous legal and regulatory matters relating to Winter Storm Uri which swept across Texas in February 2021.
