Mike has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, unitranche financings, intercreditor and interlender issues, debt restructurings, and secured creditor and bankruptcy rights. His experience extends across a wide range of industries, including software, technology, health care, restaurants and other franchised business models, marine services, retail and consumer products, metals and mining, and manufacturing.
