Mike Austin has more than 14 years of experience representing clients on complex real estate and infrastructure transactions, including joint ventures, retail and commercial leases, sale-leasebacks, management agreements and acquisitions and dispositions, across a variety of asset classes, including retail, hospitality, industrial, office and multifamily.
