He helps clients navigate investigations and enforcement actions by state and federal authorities (including the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Food and Drug Administration, and state attorneys general) involving, among other things, alleged False Claims Act violations; Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act violations; accounting fraud; insider trading; money laundering; price fixing; and public corruption.
