Michael Goodwin

Michael Goodwin focuses on real estate development, joint ventures, hospitality, public/private partnerships, ground leases, and debt financing transactions. He represents primarily developers, but also institutions and governmental organizations in all aspects of commercial development projects, including acquisitions/sales, ground leases, and structuring debt and equity, and is heavily involved in public incentives for development. He also represents hotel owners in the acquisition, development and operation of hospitality properties nationwide, including full service, convention center and resort hotels.

He is a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
