He has built an extensive and impressive practice undertaking work of the highest complexity and gravity.

Michael has a solid reputation for robust and effective cross-examination, expert handling of witnesses and clients and persuasive and articulate closing speeches.

He is a Grade 4 RASSO (Rape and Serious Sexual Offences) accredited Prosecutor and accepts instructions both to prosecute and defend in all cases of sexual offending as well as murder, rape, serious assault, firearms, fatal/near fatal motoring offences and drug trafficking.

Michael is a qualified senior advocacy trainer and trains others to become trainers on behalf of the North Eastern Circuit and Middle Temple. He is also an Advocacy examiner and ranked for Crime in Chambers & Partners.
