Michael A Rogoff

Michael Rogoff is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer who, for more than two decades, has successfully guided clients through a wide variety of government investigations, internal investigations and related complex civil litigation, particularly in the life sciences industry. He is co-chair of the firm's FCA practice, defending companies in government FCA investigations and follow-on civil litigation. Additionally, he spent over five years as a federal prosecutor at the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York where he tried numerous cases to verdict.
