Ms. Mackey is a corporate partner that maintains a strong, diverse practice and is well-versed in loans, bonds, and equity offerings. She advises institutional lenders and underwriters in complex finance and securities transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged loans and high-yield debt.

Ms. Mackey has substantial experience as counsel to agents and lenders in leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, and restructurings.

Prior to joining Fried Frank, Ms. Mackey served as Vice President at Goldman Sachs' Loan Negotiations Group.
