With more than 20 years of practice as a lawyer, Mauricio has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, contracts and capital markets matters, including sales and acquisitions of companies and assets, joint ventures, special situations, financial transactions and offerings of debt and equity securities.

In addition to transactional matters, Mauricio has significant experience in corporate law, regulation of the Brazilian Securities Commission and the Central Bank of Brazil, compensation and wealth and estate planning matters.
