Cintia Andrade

Cintia Andrade has more than ten years of experience working on corporate and contractual law matters, supporting local and international clients across multiple regulated and non-regulated industry segments, from life sciences and petrochemical to mining, energy and telecommunications, in addition to a variety of businesses engaged on the provision of services. She often advises clients on significant corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory, contractual matters, and information technology, with an emphasis on projects to adapt GPDR.

A significant part of her responsibilities involves working on an array of domestic and cross-border transactions, drafting and negotiating complex agreements that include sale and purchase of assets and shares, joint-ventures, financing and technology.

In its digital law practice, develops comprehensive data assessments and analyzes policies terms of use and contracts following data handling standards, and development of models and awareness training for compliance in data protection and privacy. Her work is also valued by international clients for her ability to adapt and assist on every step of developing their business in Brazil, from basic incorporation of companies and foreign investment registration to their day-to-day activities and implementation of their business strategies.

Cintia has also worked at the office Vinson & Elkins LLP Summer Associate Program in London and has had secondment experiences in Vale S.A. e a MMX.
