Filipe Oliveira is a member of the Porto Alegre Dispute Resolution team and focuses his practice on judicial and arbitral disputes related to mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial contracts and matters involving the Public Administration. He has strong experience in representing clients in class actions, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations regarding infrastructure projects and corporate and commercial disputes.
Mr. Oliveira also assists Brazilian and international companies with drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, as well as with writing legal opinions to assist clients’ strategic business decisions. He has expertise in matters involving administrative and regulatory law, advising clients throughout all stages of the public bidding process and during the performance of the contracts.
Mr. Oliveira brings international perspective to clients gained from his time spent studying and living in the United States.
