Maureen Jeffreys, chair of the firm’s Telecommunications, Internet, and Media practice group, provides regulatory, transactional, and litigation counseling to wireline, wireless, video, media, and Internet clients. Successfully working on some of the biggest, high-profile matters over the past decade, she has represented clients before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Department of Justice (DOJ), the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), and elsewhere. She assists communications clients in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Jeffreys advises clients regarding federal and state regulatory implications of new communications products and services, including Internet Protocol-based voice, video, and data services.
