Matt focuses on international commercial arbitration and has represented clients in ICC, AAA ICDR, HKIAC, SCC, and ad hoc arbitrations throughout the world. Matt has represented clients in a wide variety of commercial disputes ranging from intellectual property claims, disputes over F/RAND compensation, large-scale construction disputes, failed joint ventures, and breach of contract claims. Matt’s clients include large consumer electronic companies, telecommunications companies, software developers, health care companies, and SOEs.
