Certified by The Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Labour Law. Partner and former national leader (2011–2016) of BLG’s Labour and Employment Group. Frequently appears before the courts including the appellate level. Counsels and acts on behalf of private and public sector employers in labour relations, employment law, including wrongful dismissal litigation, labour arbitrations, collective bargaining, human rights complaints and charges under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Chair and speaker at numerous labour and employment law conferences.
