Andrew is the firm’s technology sector lead, with a practice that is focused primarily on merger and acquisition transactions for private companies. This includes whole company acquisitions and divestitures, venture capital and private equity transactions, and strategic alliances and partnerships. Andrew leads transactions in numerous industries, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, consulting, retail, automotive and industrial. He also counsels clients on complex commercial arrangements. His expertise extends to Canada-U.S. cross-border transactions.
Andrew began his career in New York and spent several years working at a leading law firm there before relocating to Vancouver.
