A broad commercial litigation, class actions and arbitration practice including intellectual property, shareholder disputes, cybersecurity, banking and bills of exchange, fraud, , insolvency, oil and gas, and electricity generation disputes. He has conducted matters in all levels of courts in Canada including matters in Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Ontario, the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
