Mary Pagonis is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Real Property & Planning group in Montréal. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate and financial services. She regularly represents financial institutions, public and private companies, retail operators, pension funds and developers in the condo, multi-residential and senior housing sectors, retail and hotel industries, and for development work of mixed-use projects. Her experience has included real estate financing transactions and syndications, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, construction and property development projects, commercial leasing, sale and leaseback transactions, public-private partnerships and joint ventures for a wide range of commercial, retail, office, industrial, multi-residential and condo properties.
