We also advise banks and other financial institutions, private companies and public sector entities on domestic and international financing transactions across all sectors – commercial, financial and public. We have vast experience in all types of financing, including syndicated and club financing, both through standard loan transactions and promissory note programs or bond issues. We have also recently grown our experience in financing start-ups, particularly in the form of venture capital. We work closely with other top professionals, including specialists in corporate law, investment funds, securities and, of course, leading tax advisers. Due to the cross-border nature of much of our work, we have established extensive and long-standing relationships with leading law firms in other jurisdictions, which allows us to provide our clients with a one-stop shop, regardless of the international aspect of the transaction.
