Mark Drury is known for his manager and arranger-side CLO practices. And more broadly, he regularly advises European clients on complex structured finance products and arrangements, financial market infrastructure and fintech.

Mark’s structured finance practice covers the full spectrum of such arrangements, including CLOs, risk retention structures, repackagings, fund financings, SRT, fund and credit derivatives and balance sheet issuances. His financial market infrastructure practice includes advising financial institutions and clearing houses in relation to exchanges, derivatives clearing and payments.

Mark’s support of clients in the fintech arena includes advising them on crypto-assets, derivatives over crypto-assets, stablecoins, central bank-backed arrangements, crypto-asset-based collateral platforms and a wide variety of other innovative and exploratory projects.
