Simon is a partner in the Transportation Industry Group at Reed Smith. Based in Singapore, he heads the firm’s aviation practice in Asia and is a leading practitioner for asset finance transactions in the region, with a focus on the aviation and shipping sectors. Simon also serves as co-head of the firm’s Asset & Equipment Finance group.

Simon has over 17 years’ experience acting on cross-border transactions for global financial institutions, leasing companies, airlines, MROs, and manufacturers in respect of a range of international asset and structured finance and leasing transactions. He has gained significant bank side and in-house experience through having been seconded to some of the leading financial institutions in the transportation sector in both Europe and Asia.
