Marilynn R. Greenberg is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Environmental Group. Her practice encompasses all aspects of environmental law, including transactional matters, litigation, insurance coverage, permitting, solid waste, indoor air quality (asbestos and mold), real estate development (brownfields and greenfields), defense of enforcement actions and expert testimony. Ms. Greenberg counsels clients regarding regulatory compliance with a variety of state and federal environmental statutes and regulations, with particular emphasis on the Site Remediation Reform Act and Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) Program, the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA), the Waterfront and Freshwater Wetlands Laws and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA or Superfund). She also has unique expertise in handling matters involving the confluence of environmental and bankruptcy issues.
