Career

Nicholas Racioppi, Jr. is the Chair of the Firm's Real Estate Group. He has considerable commercial real estate experience, particularly in the acquisition, development, zoning and planning, leasing and sale of commercial and industrial properties. Nick also represents lenders in all types of real estate financings and has extensive experience in complex real estate workouts and foreclosures. He has experience in the formation and structuring of real estate partnerships and joint ventures.
