His practice primarily involves bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters specializing in the representation of creditors and debtors in business reorganization cases under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. O’Grady has been involved in a number of major bankruptcy cases such as Frontier Communications, Inc., Murray Energy Corp., Bayonne Medical Center, Hudson Healthcare, Inc.
