Over the course of his 30-year career at Riker Danzig, Partner and Co-Chair of the Firm's Environmental Group, Jeffrey B. Wagenbach has developed a deep understanding of environmental law. Jeff's practice covers a wide variety of areas, focusing on regulatory and transactional matters. He is frequently involved in litigation. He has developed a particular expertise in industrial site-recovery matters for guiding the process in a way that keeps the business goals in mind while addressing relevant regulatory issues. In addition, Jeff is well known for his work on wetlands cases that involve historical sites and buildings that are protected by the national Historic Preservation Act.
