María Durán

She provides permanent advice on labour issues to major employers in Uruguay, in the hotel industry, chemical industry and forestry industry, among others. She is constantly involved in the defence of labour lawsuits. Moreover, she actively participates in collective negotiation and in the prevention and settlement of individual conflicts. Deeply involved with Human Resources Department of Firm’s clients through advice, up-date of new regulations and seminars in relevant labour issues. She participates in labour aspects involved in due diligence and business start-ups.
