Corporate Finance Partner. Co-head of the Corporate Department and Banking and Finance Department. He specializes in M&A transactions, finance, franchise & distribution. His practice includes advising on banking transactions, financing, foreign trade, fintech and securities. He has been actively involved in high-profile M&A transactions related to banks and transnational companies. He has been a strategic advisor to international companies in their regional expansion which entailed significant foreign direct investment in Uruguay. He is a Law Professor of Commercial Law.
