He provides comprehensive advice on labour matters to the largest employers in Uruguay in the chemical, forestry and commercial industries, among others. His practice covers both judicial and extrajudicial matters. He represents local and international companies in labour lawsuits. He also provides preventive advice in relation to the application of good practices in labour relations. He also participates in all labour aspects related to legal audits and setting up of companies. This includes advising on our labour regime and the preparation of employment contracts, policies and protocols.
