Marc McLaren-Caux is a Partner in McMillan LLP’s Ottawa office and Co-Chair of the firm’s Procurement Group. He has been at the forefront of high-value, complex Federal public procurement and trade remedy litigation in Canada for the past decade. Reputed for his practices before both the Canadian International Trade Tribunal and in the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, he strives to distil and communicate complex issues to clients and decision-makers alike. Marc has obtained precedent-setting outcomes and is entrusted by clients in a wide range of sectors, including security and defence, manufacturing, construction, and information technology. Prior to joining McMillan LLP, he led a nationally acclaimed public procurement practice in an Ottawa-based trade boutique firm.
