Represents clients in complex procurement litigation before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, Superior Court of Justice, Federal Court, and Federal Court of Appeal. Represents clients in trade remedy proceedings before the Canada Border Services Agency and Canadian International Trade Tribunal. Advises corporations and associations on public and constitutional law issues, and represents clients in complex appeal and judicial review proceedings.
