Trusted on the most high-profile matters, she advises significant clients in energy, mining, infrastructure, telecom, agribusiness, industrial, and consumer goods, among other industries. Her advice is highly beneficial for environmental and impact assessments, the transportation of dangerous goods, renewables projects, partnerships with Indigenous communities, contaminated sites, and crisis prevention and management. Clients rely on Radha for exceptional ESG advice, strategy and solutions that inform a wide range of business decision-making and strategy. Her expertise includes ESG-related shareholder activism, risks, reporting against standards, frameworks, and certifications, as well as defending clients from environmental and regulatory prosecution. Radha’s advice is informed by her diverse advisory and corporate directorship roles, including being a past chair of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade. Fluent in both French and English, Radha practices across Canada and advises on cross-border issues. Radha also serves as the National Client Relationship Ambassador at McMillan.
