Having been practicing real estate law since 1992, Mr. Zhu has pioneered the full-service model for the real estate business, and accumulated substantial experience in handling matters involving the investment, construction and operation of large theme parks and travel destinations, investment, integration and construction of multipurpose real estate, real estate M&A, operation and management of assets, real estate financing and infrastructure, risk management in construction, and dispute resolution in real estate and construction.
