Having been practicing real estate law since 1992, Mr. Zhu has pioneered the full-service model for the real estate business, and accumulated substantial experience in handling matters involving the investment, construction and operation of large theme parks and travel destinations, investment, integration and construction of multipurpose real estate, real estate M&A, operation and management of assets, real estate financing and infrastructure, risk management in construction, and dispute resolution in real estate and construction. Mr. Zhu and his team have been dealing with projects such as large theme parks and travel destination, recreational projects, infrastructure, integration and preparation of land, office buildings, apartment buildings, residential buildings, hotels, shopping malls, industrial plants, special-purpose properties, public utilities, and civil engineering. Mr. Zhu is highly experienced in the design of the deal structure and planning of transactions, risk management, arrangement and management of transactional procedures, and coordination of lawyers and other professionals. Mr. Zhu is especially resourceful when it comes to organizing complex transactions and the investment, operation and management involved in large comprehensive projects. The projects that he heads seldom fail to be the center of attention in the market. Mr. Zhu’s comprehensive projects and real estate clients are mostly major companies, such as Beijing Tourism Group, CITIC Group, China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), COFCO Corporation, China Resources (CRC), Bank of China, China Cinda Asset Management Company, Wanda Group, China Vanke Co., FuWah International Group, China Minmetals Corporation, Sino-Ocean Land, Lenovo China, and Legend Travel.
