Manuel García-Villarrubia

Manuel García-Villarrubia joined Uría Menéndez in 1995 and is a partner in the firm since 2005.

His professional activity focuses primarily on the procedural level. In his more than 20 years of experience, he has been involved in the handling of all types of judicial and arbitral proceedings, including some of the most relevant proceedings before the Spanish arbitration courts and tribunals and international arbitration courts.

He is also specialized in insolvency matters and advice in business crises.

He is Professor of Procedural Law at the IE University. He is also Professor of Civil Procedural Law with the Double Master's Degree of accessing to law and IE Law School. He co-directs the classrooms about insolvency of IE Law School, where he also directs other advanced programs.
