Rita focuses her practice on real estate law, advising on the sale and purchase, lease and development of real estate assets, in particular shopping centres, office buildings, hotels and urban redevelopment projects. She also advises on acquisition finance, refinancing and restructuring of companies in the real estate and hotel industries, including the acquisition of mortgage-backed loan portfolios. She also has experience in renewable energy projects.
