Mads Haavardsholm

Mads is a partner in our Shipping & Offshore department, advising clients with i.a. contract negotiations, transactions and corporate restructurings, primarily within the shipping and oil service sectors. He regularly advises companies with charterparty negotiations and disputes, sale and purchase of drilling rigs and vessels, shipbuilding and offshore construction projects, as well as all types of service and supplier contracts. He has also assisted with the establishment of several joint ventures and handled a large number of transactions and corporate restructurings.
