Łukasz Węgrzyn

Łukasz Węgrzyn, a partner at Osborne Clarke, leads the IT & Data practice. He advises on contracts and technological regulations in regulated sectors such as banking, insurance, and healthcare.

Recognized in international rankings such as Chambers TMT, Chambers Fintech, and Legal500, he is regarded as one of the best Polish lawyers in the field of technological regulations.

He was responsible for the legal aspects of the first implementation of hyperscale cloud services in the financial sector in Poland. He also served as the legal leader in the largest IT outsourcing project in the telecommunications sector in Poland to date.

Łukasz is the originator and co-author of the first IT contracts in Poland aligned with agile project management methodologies (Agile), both for the private and public sectors. He is also a co-author of models and procurement processes for IT services (IT sourcing) in regulated sectors, allowing the engagement of IT providers delivering services in agile methodologies, especially in Scrum.

He holds technological certifications: ITIL Foundation, PSMI (Professional Scrum Master), AgilePM Foundation, Professional Agile Leadership I. He is a member of the Institute of Law of New Technologies and Personal Data at Lazarski University.

He is also a member of the Association of Law of New Technologies.
