Advising a pioneering Indian IT and outsourcing company on the TUPE transfer of technical staff from a US pharmaceuticals multinational, in connection with a wide-ranging and high value outsourcing agreement.

Thierry is an experienced employment lawyer, advising clients on workforce restructurings, transfers of undertaking and compensation & benefits. He heads the employment team and was the managing partner of the firm from 2013 to 2020.

Thierry's main sectors are Biotech and Pharma companies, staffing businesses, IT companies and transport & automotive. His clients range from large global players to local clients for whom he provides advice in French, Dutch and English.

He is a member of the Steering committee of the international employment partners group at Osborne Clarke. He is also member of the Indian desk and is an active member of the workforce solutions sector at Osborne Clarke.
