She assists public bodies and organisations and private companies in the operational management of real estate assets and in the completion of administrative procedures for the approval of town planning variants and urban development plans, as well as in obtaining planning permission in connection with the realisation of redevelopment and real estate development projects.

Benedetta assists some of the most important real estate and construction companies in administrative planning procedures and in environmental procedures for reclamation, waste disposal, strategic assessment, environmental impact assessment, environmental impact assessment, integrated environmental authorisation and, more generally, in issues relating to public administration decision-making processes.
