Luis Henrique Borghi

Luis Henrique Prates da Fonseca Borghi joined the Firm in 2004 and became partner in 2019. He integrates the Litigation and Arbitration practice group, with a focus on cases across a range of industries, including M&A related litigation and other complex corporate and commercial disputes, matters related to termination of agreements, construction claims (for owners, general contractors and construction managers) and other contractual issues, including cross-border disputes. He is also well-versed in preventive litigation strategies, seeking business-oriented solutions, and in mediation procedures.

He graduated from Pontificia Universidade Católica de São Paulo with a degree in Law and specialized in Civil Procedure, from the Law School of Pontificia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. He also specialized in Corporate Law, from Fundação Getúlio Vargas de São Paulo and holds a master's degree (LL.M Program) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (UPENN).

Mr. Borghi been recognized for his work in Civil Litigation Category by the main legal directories such as Análise Advocacia 500 and Latin Lawyer 250. He has also been recognized for his work in Arbitration by LACCA Approved and Leaders League.
