Daniel Facó is a partner and head of the Corporate, Capital Markets and M&A Practice Group at Trench Rossi Wanatabe in Brazil. His in depth experience with capital markets and corporate transactions has been repeatedly recognized by important publications. Specialist in capital markets, Daniel represents Brazilian corporations and banks in a broad range of transactions such as IPOs, Follow-ons, tender offers, and other securities public offers, among other transactions related to the capital markets, corporate, mergers and acquisitions and private equity areas.

Admitted to practice in Brazil by the Brazilian Bar Association, currently enrolled within the Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Distrito Federal Sections. Admitted to practice in the State of New York by the New York State Bar Association.
