Career

Eduardo Herszkowicz is the head of Trench Rossi Watanabe’s Investment Funds, Securitization and Asset Management practice area. He became partner at the office in 2023.

Eduardo has extensive experience in fund formation and securitization structures. He represents domestic and foreign financial institutions, private equity funds, asset managers, and issuers in general in structuring and implementing public offerings and private placements of shares of real estate funds, receivables funds, private equity funds, agribusiness funds, mortgage and agribusiness-backed certificates, among other types of securities.

Admitted to the Brazilian Bar since 1999 and the New York Bar since 2001.

Publications

He has published a number of articles on the regulation of structured funds, asset management, securitization, securities offerings and other important capital markets matters. Eduardo is also a frequent lecturer on these matters.
