Francisco Niclós Negrão is the co-leader of the Antitrust and International Trade practice areas of Trench Rossi Watanabe. He has 20 years of experience in handling complex cases in both areas, and is recognized for offering legal solutions to complex issues combined with sophisticated economic analysis, given his dual background.

Negrão's experience in the mentioned areas has given him a deep knowledge of the working of various markets, and allowing him to achieved positive results for his clients in antidumping investigations, subsidies / compensatory measures, public interest analysis procedures, tariff changes, and commercial disputes, among others.

Moreover, in the antitrust sphere, Negrão has a strong performance in complex merger control and investigations, both of vertical and horizontal practices, with a recognized track record in the preparation and implementation of antitrust compliance programs, having trained thousands of professionals over the past two decades.
