Between 1998 until October 2007, she was associate and member of the Labor Law department at Negri & Teijeiro. Between 1995 and 1998 she worked at Coca Cola Femsa de Buenos Aires S.A. as legal counsel in individual labor law cases, drafting of executive and employee labor contracts and the development of labor relations.

In 2004, she was professor of the Labor Law class at Palermo University.

Since 2007, she has been a Senior Associate of our firm in the Labor Law department, and in 2024 she has been promoted to Partner.

She is involved in the draft and implementation of highly complex transactions, as equity and pension plans, start-ups, social security and labor treatments for expatriates/impatriates. In addition, she has developed an intensive professional career on restructuring and reengineering of labor forces, and crisis prevention procedures. Furthermore, she has vast experience representing companies before the Ministry of Labor. Mrs. Tagliaferro also provides advice in due diligence and negotiation process of the sale and purchase of companies, advising both sellers and buyers, in particular regarding the structuring of contracts, reorganizations and corporate conflicts, as part or her practice.
