Leandro E. Belusci is a Partner at the Banking & Capital Markets Department.
In his daily practice, he advises banks, companies and investment funds in both local and international capital market financing operations. He has participated in a large number of transactions related to loans, debt issues (private and sub-sovereign), both local and international.
He also advises companies, banks and investment funds in regulatory matters (foreign exchange, banking and capital markets).
He joined the firm in 2014 as a member of the Banking & Capital Markets team and between 2017 and 2018 he served as international associate in the Global Capital Markets department at Milbank LLP (New York).
He graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2012, and is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
