Nicolás Dulce focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and general corporate matters of public and private companies.

He concentrates in a variety of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, with a focus on oil & gas, as well as energy and infrastructure. He is a best-in-class transactional lawyer and has worked extensively for the firm’s most prominent clients in strategic deals.

He graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires School of Law in 2013.

During 2018 and 2019, Nicolás worked as a foreign associate in the M&A team of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (New York).

He received an LL.M. degree from Stanford University School of Law (California) in Corporate Governance & Practice.

He is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires).

Additionally, he is recognized as Next Generation Partner in Corporate and M&A and Energy by The Legal 500.
