José Bazán has developed his entire career at the Firm as a member of the Firm’s Banking & Finance team and between 2009 and 2010, he practiced as foreign associate in Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP (New York).
In June 2020 José was elected member of the Executive Committee of Bruchou.
In his daily practice at Bruchou, he advises banks, private equity funds and corporations in local and international banking and capital markets transactions. He has participated in a significant number of transactions involving debt securities (private and sovereign), equity offerings, tender offers and regulatory matters. He also has vast experience in bank financings and securitizations, as well as in debt restructurings.
Bazán teaches “Implementación de Negocios Financieros” at Di Tella University, Argentina.
